Placement Pricing
In France
Temporary placement
Fees are calculated on the basis of 18% of the net remuneration, i.e. the amount received by the candidate after social and tax deductions, for the duration of the assignment or contract. They are invoiced once, during the first year of placement.
Assignments ≥ 1 month : €250 / week.
Permanent placement
Fees are calculated on the basis of 18% of the net remuneration, i.e. the amount received by the candidate after social and tax deductions. They are invoiced once, during the first year of placement.
International (Europe, UK, Switzerland, Middle East)
Temporary placement
Fees are calculated on the basis of 20% of the net remuneration, i.e. the amount received by the candidate after social and tax deductions, for the duration of the assignment or contract. They are invoiced once, during the first year of placement.
Assignments ≥ 1 month : €250 / week.

Application fees
Opening a mandate involves fixed fees covering the confidential needs analysis, profile selection, and the launch of the search and recruitment process. These fees are independent of placement fees.

Contractual conditions
The Agency's fees are exclusively payable by the Employer.
The balance of fees must be settled upon hiring the candidate, within a maximum of 10 days following receipt of the invoice and before the employee’s start date.
In the event of contract termination during the probation period at the initiative of the employee/candidate, the Agency will make every effort to propose a replacement within 5 weeks at no additional cost, provided the client has fulfilled all contractual obligations.
The replacement guarantee takes effect from the date of signing the employee's contract.
If the client directly or indirectly recruits a candidate presented by the Agency within 12 months of their presentation, the fees set out in this mandate shall be payable in full.
All procedures related to immigration, taxation, health insurance and the establishment of the employment contract are solely the responsibility of the client.
