We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Butler to join a prestigious VIP family in Saudi Arabia ( Riyad)

Key Responsibilities
* Providing a highly personalised and discreet service to the family
* Welcoming and assisting family members and their guests
* Serving meals, drinks, and refreshments according to the family’s preferences
* Preparing and maintaining formal dining and service areas
* Assisting with private events, dinners, and family functions
* Managing wardrobes, personal belongings, and household requests when required
* Anticipating the family’s needs and providing attentive service
* Coordinating with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
* Handling confidential information with complete discretion
* Supporting the Principal and family members with daily requirements as requested
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, or Private Household professional
* Previous experience working for a VIP, HNW, or UHNW family is highly desirable
* Excellent knowledge of formal butler service and etiquette
* Impeccable personal presentation and professional manners
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A discreet, trustworthy, calm, and service-oriented personality
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guests’ and principals’ needs
* Flexibility to work according to the family’s schedule
* Good knowledge of international dining etiquette and table service
* Fluent English; Arabic or another language would be an advantage
* Ability to work effectively as part of a large private household team
* Valid passport and ability to travel internationally if required
* Excellent professional references
